Necessary settings are always on. All optional categories are off by default. Consent is valid for 180 days (approximately six months), after which we ask again. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time on this page. Refusing consent does not prevent access to the main content. Scrolling or using the website is not consent. The Estonian and English landing pages share one consent choice in the same browser and on the same domain. Switching language does not enable new categories. Newsletter signup asks for separate consent in the form: “Accept all” does not subscribe you to the newsletter, and “Necessary only” does not prevent you from subscribing.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 in Advanced mode. All four measurement consent states are first set to denied, then Google Tag Manager loads immediately without waiting for a cookie choice. Activated consent-aware Google tags may send limited cookieless signals before consent or when “Necessary only” is selected. The container request sends technical connection data, such as your IP address, to Google. A valid saved choice is restored when the page starts; a new choice updates the consent states. Map consent applies only to the map.

The consent controls described above require JavaScript. If JavaScript is disabled, GTM's noscript fallback loads in a hidden iframe and sends a request to Google. JavaScript's denied defaults and cookie choices stored in your browser do not apply to this fallback; these settings cannot control it. Any processing depends on the container's fallback configuration.

All four Google measurement consent states — analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization — are initially denied on a page running JavaScript. Google's consent-aware tags must adapt their behaviour to these states. Meta and other tags that do not support Consent Mode need separate category-based blocking in GTM until consent. Allowing a category grants that consent, but does not mean every service in the category is activated.

UTM parameters added to sharing links describe the campaign and selected sharing channel. They are not cookies and do not contain personal data from the newsletter form. Their presence does not authorise analytics or marketing tags to run: those must still follow your consent choice. Measurement should distinguish copying a link, opening a share dialog and a visit arriving through that link.

For Google services, see also how Google uses data from websites and Google's explanation of cookies. Recipients for Google and Meta services and their privacy links are listed in the Privacy Policy.

No valid choice for this notice version has been saved. Optional categories are off.

    Cookie categories

Newsletter subscription (Smaily) is separate and requires its own consent during signup. Cookie consent is not consent to email marketing.

Saving applies only the selected categories. Withdrawing, restricting or expiring consent immediately updates Google's relevant consent states to denied. The container stays loaded and limited cookieless signals may continue. Where possible, this site's accessible cookies for the relevant category are removed; this does not delete other domains' cookies or data already sent. If your choice cannot be saved in the browser, consent is not treated as given and optional storage and advertising consent states are not granted.
