SPOT Pärnu · MTÜ Spot Pärnu
Terms of Use
1. Website operator and purpose
This website is operated by MTÜ Spot Pärnu, registry code 80663499, Kirsi tn 48, Pärnu, Pärnu County, 80010, Estonia, info@spotparnu.ee. The website spotparnu.ee and its English version at /en introduce the SPOT Pärnu sports centre being developed at Savi 8, Pärnu. Opening is planned for autumn 2027.
2. Information and opening schedule
The opening date, activities and other information may change as the centre is completed. We will announce important changes on the website and in the newsletter. Images and visualisations on the website are illustrative and are not a promise of the final layout of the premises.
The countdown illustrates the planned opening; it does not confirm an exact opening date or time. Confirmed opening information will be published separately.
4. Permitted use
Use the website reasonably and lawfully. Do not disrupt its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access or collect its contents automatically at an excessive scale.
5. Intellectual property
The website's content, logo, design and images may be protected by copyright or other rights and belong to the respective rights holders. Use beyond personal viewing requires the rights holder's consent unless otherwise allowed by law or an applicable licence.
6. Third-party services and consent
The website may link to third-party websites or content, such as a map. Opening an external link makes the destination operator's terms applicable. The embedded OpenStreetMap map loads only with external content consent.
A sharing button opens the selected service or your device's share dialog; nothing is posted on your behalf. Copied and shared links include UTM campaign parameters, not your form data. Selecting a sharing button does not confirm that a post was published or identify the application in which the link was ultimately sent.
Using the website or reading these terms does not provide analytics or marketing consent. Google Tag Manager uses Advanced Consent Mode and loads immediately after denied consent defaults are set. Consent-aware Google tags may send limited cookieless signals before consent; analytics and advertising storage and personalised advertising depend on your choices. Other measurement tags must be controlled separately by the relevant category consent. All optional categories are off by default. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in Cookie settings. Refusing consent does not prevent access to the main website content.
For services, data recipients and processing, see our Privacy Policy. These terms do not replace separate cookie or newsletter consent.
7. Statutory consumer rights
These terms do not restrict or exclude consumer rights that cannot be restricted by law.
8. Applicable law and complaints
Estonian law applies. Send complaints and questions to info@spotparnu.ee; we will first try to resolve them by agreement.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is available on this page.
